Hotel Best Tenerife Playa de las Americas , Playa de las Americas (Tenerife)

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had a variety of sizes and views, some facing the pool, while others overlooked the main road and lacked sunlight. Although there was a strong damp smell, the rooms were comfortable, albeit in need of some refreshing. The location was excellent, right in the center of Las Americas with easy access to buses and nearby attractions. The dining experience was a mix of fabulous mornings and some disappointments, but the rooftop area and pool facilities were fantastic.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I initially got was on the first floor, noisy, and overlooked the bar but the hotel arranged a quieter room later on. The location was really good, close to most things but not too loud. The dining options were average, and there were some issues like cold food and limited options. The service, especially the animation team, was very kind and helpful, making my holiday more enjoyable.

The hotel offers spacious and lovely rooms with two big double beds, although the initial dining room food selection left much to be desired. The service, particularly from the cleaners, was exceptional, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to bars, shops, restaurants, and the beach while remaining peaceful. The dining options were varied but lacked clear labeling, posing challenges for vegetarians and those with allergies.
